We meet every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday for six weeks. All boot camp sessions are 45 minutes. Please arrive on time or you'll miss part of your non-stop cardio, strength and core training. No matter your current fitness level, anyone can accomplish the tasks at boot camp. If your goal is to gain lean muscle, lose inches and weight, my six week boot camp is the program for you!
All boot camp participants are given a log to document all meals consumed and your workouts on non boot camp days. There are three weigh and measure sessions; day one, week three, and week six. A four week meal plan with seven days of food will be included in your log. If you follow the meal plan, attend all boot camp sessions, and workout one additional day on your own, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! We're going to have FUN this fall, so sign up today for a new, exciting, fitness regimen. Don't forget to bring your weights, mat, water, towel, and jump rope!

Boot camp is a 6-week program designed by Healthy Living by Court. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your space. The balance is due the first day of your boot camp session. A participant may cancel during week one of boot camp and 75% of the balance will be applied toward future boot camp sessions, personal training, or chef services.
