I am really enjoying boot camp. I have so much energy since I have been in boot camp. I've noticed a difference in my clothes. Their not as tight on me as they usually are. The workouts are excellent! I think they challenge me. It would have been difficult for me to do this on my own and for that I thank you for this program. |

I want to thank you so much for the motivation and gift you gave. You are a doll and I greatly appreciate your attention and continuous PUSHING. I know I wasn't the easiest client but I can truly say I see a difference in the way my clothes fit and the way I feel about exercising. Although I did not loose a lot of pounds I lost inches and that made a difference. My body fat shifted and I had a lot of people to notices and give several compliments. Thanks again and keep doing what you do. I am working out at least three times a week and struggling but pushing myself to EAT 6 times a day! The awareness makes all the difference! You met your goal and made a difference especially in ME!! It only takes ONE! |

I like everything about your boot camp; the rigor, variety, time, and location. Courtney is a motivator she pushes when you really don't want to be pushed! Nothing says you're more determined to make a change in your mind, body, and spirit than meeting at 5:30 am to work out with Courtney who apparently wasn't affected by the fact that our heart rate was at an athletic level when the rest of the neighbors were still asleep. The "Beast" as I coined her had no mercy for excuses. |

| Boot camp has been wonderful! This is just what I needed after having a baby. The workouts are challenging, but I always feel good after each session. "I went from a size 14 to a size 10; but I found the benefit to be greater than the weight loss. Not only did I gain muscle and a more fit body, I also gained renewed confidence, stamina, and the desire to be a better me." I decided, again, that I was going to get fit and healthy for the last time. I have declared that 2008 would be the last year I would proclaim as my "I going to do it this time" year. I'd worked with Courtney before and got great results. After falling off the wagon, I knew that the boot camp would give me the boost that I'd need to regain my footing. After just 3 short weeks of consistently working out and eating properly, I lost a total of 12.25 inches. All of my clothes are fitting looser than they were just weeks ago and I am well on my way to meeting my personal weight loss and fitness goals. | I didn't know what to expect but I knew that I wanted to increase my fitness lifestyle. Courtney was outstanding in helping me towards accomplishing my fitness goals. After only 3 weeks, I lost 14 pounds and 17 3/4 total inches and strengthened my upper body. Courtney not only taught us about fitness, but she also taught us about nutrition and shared recipes. Her workout routines were always surprising, you never knew what to expect, which made it exciting!! | I attended May and June 2008 Boot Camp sessions and I am thoroughly pleased with the results! Courtney encourages/pushes you to accomplish the exercises so that you can attain your personal goals. I enjoy the workouts so much that I attend both morning and evening sessions once a week! | Even though I have always been very active in high school and college, the older I got my metabolism began to slow down and the same old exercises were not giving me the results that I wanted. Courtney provided me with new exercises to help me obtain my weight loss goal and explained to me why my previous regime was not working. | Most people talk about trying to return to a fitness level they enjoyed during their youth, but for me that was not the case. Having never participated in any sport, dance team, cheer leading or any other physical activity, I was starting from an absolute zero fitness level. I didn't think that I would ever be able to run, not even if my life depended on it. With Courtney's "help" all that has changed and I now jog daily. I use the word "help" loosely because she literally pushed, pulled and dragged me down W. Stubbs Rd. never accepting my many excuses.
